Why is it often observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation? During installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.

Can the cushion covers be removable and washable? The cushion covers have zippers and are washable.

Do I need to remove the cushions during rain? The cushion covers are water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in a dry place when not in use.
