Our foams, proudly made in the USA, have a compression rate of 44 lbs for high density foam. This means that with a general load of 44 lbs, the foam will compress by 25%. High density foam is specifically engineered for heavy traffic and high use situations, ensuring durability and fire retardant properties with a 100% recovery rate.

All foam sheets are sold individually and are rolled for easy packaging. It is important to open the foam packages immediately upon receiving them, and not let them sit unopened for more than one week. When opening the package, do not use a box cutter, but instead use a ballpoint pen or pencil to make a small incision and break it open from there.

For long-lasting use, our foams are designed to last 7 to 10 years. When unpacking, allow at least 2 days for the foam to breathe and recover its original size and form.

Our foams are ideal for a variety of applications including mattresses, chair pads, seat cushions, furniture, pillows, patio furniture, car seats, upholstery repair, and more. The composition of our foams is 50% Polyol, 40% Polyisocyanates, and 10% water, ensuring quality and durability.
